Darius X. Moreno is an artist in every sense of the word, working in multiple mediums from painting to sculpting and even claymation, Darius has undoubtedly made an imprint on the art world.

Darius' work is inspired by the grit and glamour of hood culture. He juxtaposes technical skill, demonstrated by energetic brush strokes, with the compelling and culturally relevant subject matter, creating a look best described as "ghetto avant-garde". His work is a tasteful tribute to the life and times of his community.

Moreno graduated from Parsons, The New School of Design in 2017 and since has continued to grow his visibility with his most notable work to date, being commissioned by Sony RCA to do the cover art for GoldLink's album, "At What Cost" and an animated short developed, drawn, and directed by Darius which premiered on the main stage at Coachella in 2017. Goldlink's album was not only nominated for a Grammy but also went two times platinum.

Darius continues to paint iconic covers and other bodies of work. He now primarily focuses on his graphic novel and doll company Dare Dollz which he co-owns with his sister Dare Moreno. They will release their first issue and line of action figures in the spring of 2023.
